Located in Ciutadella de Menorca, in front of the beautiful cliff "clot de sa cera" ideal for snorkelling, on the "camí de cavalls" (GR-223) and a few metres from the beaches of Cala Santandría and Cala Blanca.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Smoke-free apartments: Smoking is forbidden in the apartments and in the comune áreas of the hole complex.
Check-in: You can move into your apartment from 3:00 pm.
Check-out: You must leave your apartment before 11:00 am. We have a luggage room where you can leave your suitcases and a shower.
WI-FI: No wi-fi in the apartments, only in the restaurant, reception and swimming pool area.
Accessibility: We have two apartments (standard category) that are equipped for guests with reduced mobility (suitable for wheelchairs).
Deposit: From stays between June 21 to 25, we ask for a deposit of €100 per person and cash as a guarantee that will be refunded at the end of your stay and after the inspection of your apartment.
Requests: We can’t guarantee special requests regarding the location but of course we will do our utmost to fulfil such requests according to availability and planning.

Self-service apartments: The sofa bed won’t be made when you arrive. There is no daily cleaning service. When you check-in, we’ll inform you about the cleaning protocol.
Menorca, a biosphere reserve: We are committed to the protection of the environment and thank you for your collaboration.
Antisocial behaviour: We reserve the right of acceptance or termination of the booking of each client who is showing inappropriate behaviour, molesting and/or putting other clients or employees of the complex at risk. We don’t make any refunds under these circumstances.
Tourist tax: Balearic islands have touristic tax, which is no included in the accomodation price. It should be pay during check-in.
COVID-19 protocols: Blancala has a secure and higienic protocol developped by a specialized provider in order to ensure all costumers’ security.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in our properties.
