What you need to know

Smoke-free apartments: Smoking is forbidden in the apartments.
Check-in: You can move into your apartment from 2:00 pm.
Check-out: You must leave your apartment before 11:00 am. We have a luggage room where you can leave your suitcases and a shower.
Accessibility:: We have two apartments (standard category) that are equipped for guests with reduced mobility (suitable for wheelchairs).
Deposit:: From June 21 to 25, we ask for a deposit of €100 as a guarantee that will be refunded at the end of your stay and after the inspection of your apartment.
Requests:: We can’t guarantee special requests regarding the location but of course we will do our utmost to fulfil such requests according to availability and planning.
Self-service apartments: The sofa bed won’t be made when you arrive. There is no daily cleaning service. When you check-in, we’ll inform you about the cleaning protocol.
Menorca, a biosphere reserve: We are committed to the protection of the environment and thank you for your collaboration.
Antisocial behaviour: We reserve the right of acceptance or termination of the booking of each client who is showing inappropriate behaviour, molesting and/or putting other clients or employees of the complex at risk. We don’t make any refunds under these circumstances.
